Wedding Series: Bridal Shower
Recently, I traveled back home to celebrate my Bridal Shower with family and friends. My sweet mother and fabulous Maid's of Honor exceeded my wildest dreams with a Breakfast at Tiffany's (favorite movie ever) themed shower!
My family and friends really put a lot of effort into this beautiful shower. The centerpieces and card box were hand made by my Matron of Honor and my wonderful mother made the adorable cupcakes. There were elegant brunch style finger foods--things I'd like to think Audrey herself would have enjoyed while gazing into the grand Tiffany's display windows.
Fun games were played and fabulous gifts were opened.
The guest list was just as spectacular, including my two sisters-to-be.
My beautiful MOHs (who make me look like a giant).
I have to say, the showers have been the most wonderful part of the wedding planning experience. I have never felt so loved and supported than I did when all my family and friends came together to shower me with love and generosity! I can't believe that this is just a small portion of what I will feel on the wedding day (which is now only one month away!).
All my other brides out there, what has been your favorite part of wedding planning?
