Yogurt Reeses Pie

This yogurt peanut butter pie is creamy, rich as heck, and just sweet enough to satisfy. It's so simple, no bake and made with only greek yogurt and peanut butter! Seriously yall, this pie is what I like to call "stupid easy". 
The light tartness of the Greek yogurt offsets the heaviness of the peanut butter and the result is a light, fluffy, refreshing and delish pie filling that is loaded with protein and "good fats". 

Yogurt Reeses Pie 
32 oz low fat vanilla Greek yogurt 
3/4 cup (a heaping 3/4) peanut butter
2 T peanut butter
Oreo cookie pie crust 

1. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter onto your Oreo cookie crust.
2. With a whisk, stir together your yogurt and 3/4 C peanut butter until completely blended.
3. Spread mixture into prepared pie crust 
4. Chill pie overnight and serve with optional chopped peanut butter cups on top! 

I hope you love this treat as much as we did! I have come to the conclusion that my husband will ALWAYS want something sweet, so my goal is to lighten up these desserts and use as little refined sugar as possible. Plus, who wants to run the oven in this intense summer heat?! No bake is the way to go until Fall brings some relief.
